June 2005 - graduated from Jagiellonian Unviersity (Institute of Polish Studies, major: Editing). MA exam on 28th June 2005, passed with the result very good (5/5).

 

June 2000 – graduated from Gdynia Bilingual High School No. 3 (bilingual class in English and Polish, humanities major).

Experience

· Translation of ‘Women About Town’ by Laura Jacobs. The book was published in March 2004 by Muza Publishing House with Polish title ‘Kobiety z wielkiego miasta.’

· Translation of ‘Sophocles’ “Antigone”: conflict, vision, and simplification’ by Martha C. Nussbaum and ‘Socrates, Politics, and Religion’ by Richard Kraut. Both published in 2nd issue of philosophical periodical “Teologia polityczna” (“Political Theology”).

· Translation of ‘Entering Normal’ by Anne LeClaire. The book was published in May 2005 by Zysk & Co. Publishing House with Polish title “W porządku, mamo”

· Translation of ‘Does Europe Need a Constitution? Demos, Telos and German Maastricht Decision’ by J.H.H. Weiler for European Centre Natolin.

· Translation of ‘Getting Over It’ by Anna Maxted. To be published by Zysk & Co. Publishing House on 4th of July 2006.

· Translation of ‘Two Popes’ by Raymond de Souza, ‘John Paul II and the Truth about Freedom’ by Avery Dulles, ‘John Paul II and the Priority of Culture’ by George Weigel. To be published in 3rd issue of philosophical periodical “Teologia polityczna” (“Political Theology”).

· Translation of ‘Multiple Embeddedness and Socialization in Europe: The Case of Council Officials’ by Jan Beyers for European Centre Natolin.

· Translation of 'The Commitee SystemL Powers, Appointments and Report Allocation' by V. Mamadouch & Tapio Raunio for European Centre Natolin.
